Connor Johnson was the salesman. He was very polite and professional. I bought two carports and one metal building/shed. We covered everything from my needs, costs, options and the delivery process. The work crew was great and on time. John, the driver who delivered the metal building, was very friendly and did a great job putting the building in place and levelling it. I have two issues that I am currently resolving with R&B/Outdoor Options. The door on the metal shed is difficult to raise by hand, even after adjusting the bolt that governs resistance. A tech is coming to the house later this week. The other issue is with the metal eves above the cutouts on both carport sides. The eves extend 2″ or 3″ beyond the frame. I installed gutters to redirect the rain water above each of these doors but the water comes off the roof so fast that it jumps the gutters and comes straight down. I believe that I have found a solution. I will use a 2-1/2″ hole saw to cut spacers out of a board for each screw holding the gutters to the carport. This will extend the gutters outward about 1″ and should catch the rain runoff. I can refit each screw one at a time without having to pull down both of the gutter systems to work on it.
