Gaylin was exceptional from start to finish. She reached out to me after seeing that I’d been exploring their website. She answered all my questions and worked up everything I wanted for my carport and shed at a price that made me happy. When the wrong roof was installed on our carport by the manufacturer, Gaylin immediately reached out to them on my behalf. After hurricane Helene, Outdoor Options checked with me to see if the roof had been corrected. It had not been because Real Steel had been affected by the storm. After a couple of weeks, I reached out to Gaylin for an update. Within minutes I received a call from Real Steel with a delivery date. Our 12′ x 12′ shed is far above my expectations. Gaylin was absolutely correct when she told me the shed would be better built to order than any chain store could offer. My daughter and I couldn’t be more pleased with our carport and shed!
