My recent order for a new storage building was not easy for me. For
someone that makes a living banging on a keyboard, the prospect of
replacing my old and dilapidated storage building was a definite source
of unease. Your team made it easy. Each and every Outdoor Options
employee with whom I interacted was more impressive than the last. I
was so impressed that you, the business proprietor, took the time out of
your day to visit my property for a site survey. The entire experience,
from introduction to delivery, was both professional and service
oriented. The quality of the building is amazing. I’m passionate
(almost obsessed) with Customer Service– it’s way more important than
the quality of the product, and I know it’s important to recognize it.
When y’all called last Friday to tell me my building was ready for
delivery I wasn’t ready. I still had some site prep to do. So
yesterday I had a friend prep the site with his tractor, and called to
schedule my delivery. I had so much fun talking with Madison! Together
we set up a delivery appointment for the very next day! She addressed
every single one of my questions and concerns. What a delightful touch
point! So now let me tell you about John.
John called me within the promised delivery window to let me know he was
on his way. He arrived as promised, on-time, armed with the equipment
to get the job done. John’s confident competence was matched only by
his caring demeanor. He patiently answered all of my questions and
worked professionally, competently, and quickly. My ramp was missing,
but John made a phone call to headquarters and returned after 6:30pm to
install the ramp. John mentioned that today was his fifth anniversary
with Outdoor Options! I suggest that you give him a raise. He’s a keeper.
Congratulations, sir for creating a tremendous business that exceeds
consumer demands. That’s some rare stuff. Salute.
