When you decide to purchase a shed through our Buy Outright Program, you’ll be required to pay a deposit. The deposit secures your order and allows us to begin processing it. This initial payment helps us allocate the necessary resources and materials to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Full Amount Due At Delivery
Once your shed is ready for delivery, the remaining balance of the purchase price will be due. This means that when our team arrives at your location with your shed, we require the full payment to be made. Our delivery personnel will provide you with the necessary documentation for the transaction.

I will likely post two reviews. My first in for my order experience and purchase of my building. First, let me say I shopped around and all over the area of Macon, Byron, and Warner Robins and Outdoor Options had the best prices which I first learned about through chatting with one of their employees online. The conversation was succinct and to the point, pricing and options provided, and no pressure was placed on me at all. I went in to their Warner Robins location on a Saturday and sat down to purchase my building and was taken care of by a wonderful lady who went over everything in detail, I signed the paperwork, paid for my item, and work has begun on the building for delivery in two weeks. My time wasn’t wasted, I was treated appropriately, and everything was as it should be. More to come after I receive the building.
I received the building in a timely manner and have now had a chance to add extra wiring and outlets. I was planning to insulate the building, but the studs are not on 16-inch centers, but rather 24-inch, so I’m forgoing insulation.
The doors are great, but because they overlap at the bottom, I’ll have to cut them for an addition of a ramp that meets the height and level of the floor. Otherwise, all is wonderful with this option. Glad I purchased with them.

Outdoor Options is affordable and they offer great buildings for a great price. I purchase a Lark building 12×36. Mrs. Jessica was super and nice friendly to me. She took her time with me and she didn’t rush me. I was able to order my building over the phone. I explained to her what I wanted and she delivered. And even though, we had to reorder it because I didn’t fully explained everything to her right. She still was professional about everything and was able to get my building out to me on that Saturday of the same week.
