- Skids notched 1 1/2 inches to securely seat pressure-treated SYP 2×6 floor joists
- Floor joists spaced 16” on center for added lateral support
- Heavier skid and joist design helps prevent sagging or floor movement
- ¾” tongue and groove plywood used for floor decking
- Thicker plywood creates tight seams and reduces long-term sagging
- Plywood securely fastened to the floor joists for a solid, low-maintenance floor
- Optional floor enamel coating available
- Two-step process using an Extreme Block primer followed by enamel
