The roof rafters, made of Spruce 2”x4”s, are spaced on 24” centers and aligned directly with the wall studs. This siding option offers a rustic appearance that is sure to appeal to wood lovers. The 7/16” LP Smart Siding is a modern alternative that combines durability with low maintenance requirements. The vertical installation of the metal panels ensures efficient water and debris drainage, preventing standing water on the roof. This installation method follows the intended design of the roof metal and ensures long-lasting performance. Additionally, we trim the shed’s roofline on all sides and transitions, providing a finished look and enhancing the overall curb appeal of your Side Lofted Barn.

If you prefer shingles, we offer 3-tab shingles that come in four stock colors. However, you also have the option to upgrade to 30-year architectural shingles, which come in a wide range of colors.
