Office manager seemed very friendly while we were ordering our shed. However we were given an estimated delivery time of 10:30-12:30, that was not met! When called to find out what the hold up was, all I got was voicemail! Had to call back because she never returned my call. Instead of calling the number left on the voicemail, she called another customer (about my shed)! Finally on the third attempt at contacting the office manager,she answered and proceeded to tell me she had spoke to my brother and had things worked out…. ummm nope I don’t think so! She finally realized she had me confused with another client and promised we would be the next on the delivery list. At 4:30 pm my shed was still not delivered!!!! So, I called again and again and again to no answer, just voicemail!!! I left an angry message stating if I didn’t hear from her by closing I would be at her office demanding a refund! Amazingly 5 minutes later Jay, the delivery man, called on his way. I have yet to hear from the office manager (go figure). The building is just how my father-in-law ordered it. I will order my next shed elsewhere. **** I did finally receive a response from the office manager regarding my last voicemail. She claimed I left a threatening message and it was recorded to prove it. I quickly told her it was not threatening, I never once stated that I would harm her or her business. That what I had said was if I didn’t hear back from her and my building was not delivered by closing, I would be up at her office canceling my order and demanding a refund! That was not a threat, that was my intentions and I would have followed through. So the two stars is for the building being as ordered and Jay the delivery guy being professional. Poor customer service lost a customer!
