I been looking for storage space for weeks and no one had any available anywhere I called. Then my cousin told me about Outdoors Option so I gave them a call. I told them what I wanted and they said no problem, it could be done so I had them to custom make me one. Customer service is wonderful with both the people I talked to on the phone as well as the guy who delivered. It was so hot but he still answered my questions for me without hesitation when he was sitting up. Now my reason for not giving 5 stars. The very 1st thing I notice when pulling up was a very small dent. I didn’t make a deal about it because it wasn’t bad. What did bother me was the fact there isn’t any air vents in there. I notice that as I was loading some of my stuff in the shed. I asked before it was built would there be air vents and the one I talked to said it would be but clearly there is not. I do not like the fact they didn’t do what I wanted with having air vents.
